Support Coordination
We understand the complexities of NDIS service delivery in rural and remote areas and have adopted a blended approach. We work with larger NDIS providers and allied health services, as well with independent Support Workers in your local community to make your NDIS plan work for you. We work closely with the Partner in the Community, LAC and ECEI services and have a great understanding of available mainstream and community supports.
